Preliminary results from the biopsy came back today - papillary carcinoma. The doc told me it was "rare" and "favorable." He ordered a different type of biopsy for some calcifications, an MRI and genetic counseling (I'm 42 with no family history). I don't know what to think or feel. One step at a time? But hard to move forward without knowing what's in store for me. I also look forward to getting the full report with the hormone receptor info, etc....but feel like I have many more tests before we will get a game plan together. Happy I found these forums, I think I'll learn a lot from you all!
