New after double mastectomy - oil cysts keep developing-Q?

I couldn't figure out where exactly to post this.

I had 1.5 cm DCIS grade 3 and opted for double mastectomy. I had reconstruction with implants under my pectorals 4/2018. This past year I developed a couple of oil cysts which scared the hell out of me. They were clear on the mammogram (not opaque) like cancer would be. So I felt relieved. However, I now have 7-8 MORE of these, mostly on the DCIS side but 2 have now showed up on the non-DCIS side. How will I know if it is a recurrence? DO I go for a mammogram with every new bump? I don't want to be a hypochondriac but also don't want to let anything go if it could be a recurrence. Especially since it was grade 3.

Ultrasounds were inconclusive which is why they had me do mammograms.
