Pain 4 years after reconstruction

ladies, I'm hoping you can assist me I had to have tram flap reconstruction on both sides four years ago. This week I took my kids to a waterpark and I'm one of those slides there was a 12 foot drop never thought anything of it. However when I hit the water I kind of felt like I had been punched in the boob. The last few days I have struggled with pain that has continued to increase today I have some redness on that breast I can't really tell if the pain is from a rib or the breast itself. However it is slightly difficult to breathe and lifting things is next to Impossible I am going to head into a clinic tomorrow. However I'm just coming back from a week-long vacation and I was looking for any insight you guys might have for me
