Nails detaching after TCHP - tips?

I just finished my last round of TCHP 2 weeks ago(just the T and the H this time because it was all my body could handle) and am waiting for my mastectomy in 2 weeks but I am now having nail lifting since last week.

My index fingers are detached from half way down and it looks like a couple others are starting to bubble a little. Does anyone have any tips for this? What do you do when they don't just come off but only half is not attached? Does it just grow out like that?

Side note: Part of me wants to punch someone that it took the final round to do this and I only had bleeding under the nail but no detachment up to this last one. Figures. 🙄😒

My nails didn't detach but would break a few millimeters from the top, in the nail bed. I am 9 months PFC and I kid you not, my last chemo nail break was two days ago. I think that will be the last one. But let me tell you about my big toenail. It stopped growing during chemotherapy and only started again a few months ago. Where it stopped, I don't have a Beau line, I have a Beau cliff.
