Dizziness and Verzenio

My wife has been on Verzenio for 3 weeks and has experienced dizziness to the extent that she has fallen twice. She did some dizziness prior to therapy but not to this extent. Wondering if anyone else had experienced this.

    I have not had this but wanted to inquire about her hydration level. If one doesn't drink enough, especially during the warm weather so much of the US is having this summer, there can be consequences. Also, should she be having the typical Verzenio-induced diarrhea, fluid and electrolyte intake becomes even more important.

    I'm on Ibrance which is also a CK4/6 inhibitor. I have had light headedness, and have increased my salt intake and my water intake to help with that. Another lady on the boards carries potato chips all the time for salt on the go--I carry salted peanuts. That has helped manage the dizzy feeling for me. Hope you are able to sort it out!

    My Mom has dizziness the third week on palbociclib. She's hydrated so that's not the problem. I'm pretty sure it's s drug interaction with one of her cardiac meds. Looking into that this week. If so, I'm going to suggest she take it for only 2 weeks at a time.

    Does your wife take any other meds that might be causing this?
