Let down sensation located in armpit (axilla)& partly in breast

1. I am 37 yo female with Lupus, Fibromyalgia, and enlarged lymph nodes in bilat axilla. Slightly enlarged lymph node in left breast. MRI w-w/o of bilat breast and rt axilla says all looks non cancerous. However, I have been having an increasing let-down sensation in my armpit since April 2019. The sensation is getting painful and feels like it is increasing the range into my breast as well. The pain started mostly on the right but now is almost equally right and left with the same instances. I feel like I am going to nurse through my dang armpit. Yikes. It is starting to become painful.

My surgeon wants to remove the lymph nodes in my right axilla but since the MRI says non cancerous, I dont want the down time from surgery, nor another flare-up from Lupus. I will be taking a heavy load (18units) at CSUB which is my main deterrent from surgery.

My primary is sending my for a biopsy but I've read they're not reliable.

My question: Has anyone felt this let-down sensation in their armpit? Tell me your story, please.
