what is a focal asymmetry behind the nipple that is 5 to 6 cm in diameter?

it stated focal asymmetry deep to the nipple measuring 5 to 6 cm in diameter. BiRads 0.
Scattered areas of Fibroglandular densities.
This is from a 3 D mammogram.
I am recalled for diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound and referred to surgeon.
I didn't know if my PCP was being overcautious.
