Pulsating lump above collarbone, could this be lymph drainage?

Hi everyone. I noticed this when I was adjusting my throat due to swallowing difficulties courtesy of MS. It's visible in the mirror. Right sided, near the throat and just slightly above the collarbone. I did not have lymph nodes removed on right mastectomy, did on left mastectomy. I'm 9 weeks out from surgery.

Thanks for any input as it's worrisome.

    I saw the doctor today and it is believed to be a deep carotid artery aneurisym. I'm waiting on a call from the hospital for a CT scan to verify this. So much for lymph node swelling..

    good grief, I am so glad that you went to the doctor immediately. I hope that it turns out to be not something that sounds so serious.

    Thanks Jelson. Now the waiting game for the CT scan. It's not until Mon. 29th. Good thing I'm asymptomatic, except for the horrible headache and earache.
