Liver nodule found, feeling stressed.

Where to start? Back in January of this year I had a BMX, and with a low oncotype score of 9, didn't need chemo, so now I'm on Tamoxifen. Thought I was free and clear of health issues. Then in March I went to my gynecologist for an annual exam and found out I needed a hysterectomy as my uterus was enormous and full of fibroids. I had the hysterectomy in June, almost 6 months to the day since the BMX. The surgery was done laparoscopically and thank goodness it was. With a wide view of my whole abdomen using a camera, my surgeon saw a nodule on my liver which she was concerned about. She personally knows my MO and tried to contact her for guidance, but my MO was out of the country for several weeks on vacation, so I've been waiting patiently to find out what happens next. Coincidentally I had had an abdominal CT scan for some left sided pain three weeks before my hysterectomy, but nothing was noted or seen on my liver. So it's kind of strange, CT looks normal, yet I have an actual photo of this nodule. I finally heard today that the radiologist who originally read my CT scan is recommending an MRI with contrast, so I finally have a date and at least feel happy this is at last being investigated. Unfortunately the worry is kicking in also. Just curious if anyone out there has heard of things being missed on CT that MRI is better at finding? I know the chances are it's nothing, but boy it's really hard not to worry.
