Calling all positive outcome Birads three storries.

I am a 42 year old. I have a family history of breast cancer. No personal history. I was diagnosed as having cystic breasts at my baseline mammogram and because of my mother's breast cancer, I was sent to a breast surgeon. I have had yearly mammograms since I was 39. And one baseline mri, to confirm cysts. This year I decided to add supplimental us screening to the party. My mammogram was negative. But my ultrasound showed cysts,( always had) and what is called a most likely benign fibroadenoma., Birads three. Forgive me ladies, as I have posted before. Can you guys who had birads three that stayed a three, let me know you are out there?. My follow up us is in August and I have an anxiety disorder(gulp), and I am trying to stay positive about things..
