Sports bra recommendation
First, best wishes to everyone on this site. I had a double mastectomy with implant reconstruction after I was diagnosed with stage 2 triple negative breast cancer in 2013. I'm now 42 years old and I run at least one mile a day and total at least 150 miles a month. I would appreciate any suggestions for a sports bra that won't cause chaffing on my rib cage and that also won't feel like I'm being squeezed too tight after 6+ miles. Since I have implants my breasts don't bounce around so I don't need a high impact bra. Thank you for any suggestions.

Have a look at the Shefit bra ( shefit.com) They were on Shark Tank. The band is adjustable, as are the shoulder straps. It's pretty heavy duty but very comfortable.
