Are you asking if Chemo is normal treatment for 7 positive nodes? My guess if probably yes -- that comes just from what I've read the short time I've been on this forum. There is a Chemotherapy section that might be more helpful to you. You might want to post your question there.

Positive nodes is a game-changer. It's why I had chemo, and why I'm still considered high risk, and why I'm still on anti-hormonals.

    I agree with Claire

As you can see from my signature, I avoided chemo and radiation first time. Sentinel was negative, Oncotype score low.

But now am dealing with recurrence in lymph nodes (happened while on letrozole!)and tumor board recommended chemo, an aggressive one. One oncologist did suggest CDK4/6 instead, but majority disagreed. I might be on CDK4/6 but this will come at a later stage, after chemo and radiation.

So... here I am, four bi-weekly EC done, starting weekly Taxol in July.

Oh, Lacombattante, how disappointing. Let's hope this second tx slaps it right back down for good. Hugs :)
