Scar tissue after Mammosite Radiation

Anyone else experience large "lumps" of scar tissue after Mammosite Radiation treatments? Following lumpectomy in 2012, I received 10 radiation treatments through a balloon and catheter. I now have hardened scar tissue where the balloon was placed. Need suggestions of how to eliminate/soften.

Yes, I have lumps of scar tissue, 3 years after radiation. Don't know if this is permanent or not but doesn't cause me any pain, but often wonder if it is a cancerous lump, hoping it is not.
