Breast reconstruction revision want reduction

Hi, I have double mastectomy in 2017 and since that time I have so much pain in my back, shoulders and chest pain. I got second opinion with PS and she stated the previous doctor put implants too big for my frame. I have 650 cc and I cant wait to take this weight away. I am waiting the 6 months period after radiation and I would like to know how small I can go in cc. I would like 34B and right now I am 36DD. The biggest mistake of my life to put these implants. Please help.

    NMARTINEZ39, we are really sorry you are having so much pain from the implants. Do you feel good about the PS you consulted with? What were their recommendations on how small you may go?

    I got two different PS and they both stated they are too big for my frame and the PS should have never put that size on me. They said my muscle are too stretched bc the implants. She wants to put 400cc but I feel that's too big. After so much pain I rather go smaller and not deal with this pain. I want to have DIEP but I am not candidate bc my previous lipo.
