Blister on the numbed site of lumpectomy?

A small watery blister formed on the skin of my breast where the tumor was once located (but not on the incision, etc.). I am just under two weeks from my lumpectomy/oncoplasty and SNB. My skin is now numb where the tumor was, and I've read that hopefully I'll regain feeling in that area. But this blister hasn't dried out and the blister skin finally rubbed away, but now it looks like a small raw flesh wound. I applied some muciprocin just to have an antibacterial ointment on it and a little red ring has formed around it and it looks like a scab might finally be forming. It's not reacting the way a normal wound would on my body. I am seeing my doctors this week for my post-op on Thursday, but should I be worried and try to get in there earlier?

I keep reading about seromas, and I can't tell if this is related, but am hoping someone else might know more. A little worried as I'm scheduled to travel internationally in a week...

Et1977 I actually had oncoplastic surgery with my partial mastectomy. About 3 months after I had a watery blister form and popped. What appeared to be a small piece of gauze came out. I was told that can happen and to put triple antibiotic ointment on it and keep it covered and call back in a few days. It healed right up. Keep an eye on it and if you are concerned call your doctors office.
