Punch and core biopsy

I have a nipple pubch biopsy and a core biopsy booked for next wednesday afternoon, I also have a fun run on sunday. Will I be ok to run it? I didn't think to ask the specialist, I didnt realise I'd have a stitch after.

Here’ a link to the post-core biopsy instructions at MSK. They are pretty much what I was told elsewhere. I don’t know about the punch biopsy, or how chafing or sweating might affect it, but you can probably find similar online.

Put a band-aid over the stitch, just to protect it from rubbing, and go run. And shower afterward (don't soak in a jacuzzi). It's no problem.

I had 3 core biopsies Wednesday and feel fine today. Just put a bandaid over the incision and clean it well after

When I had my core biopsy, they put a bunch of steristrips in a star pattern over the incision spot. They stayed on just fine for a week. I think if you get steristrips, you'll be fine. After the run you might want to be extra careful gently cleaning the area to get rid of any sweat so it heals well.
