Maybe I’m worried too much?

Hello everybody I’m 30 years old and currently 20 weeks pregnant... well for the past two weeks I’ve been having issues with my breast ... first I put hair extensions in my hair which rested on my right breast which caused my breast to become itchy and irritated so I thought I was allergic to the hair so I removed them and everything went back to normal .. one day getting out the shower I notice it was a bump beside my nipple ring so I squeezed it and white stuff came out I continued to clean it but I thought maybe it wasbecoming infected so I took them out I googled my symptoms of course it all bought up breast cancer so I focused on my left breast checking for lumps and discharge everytime I went to the bathroom insane I know...well yesterday I keep messing with it until it appeared swollen I completely freaked out this morning it seems to be back to it’s regular size but it is some pain that’s in my left breast which began when I keep checking it the left breast feels heavier then the other and denser. I can’t tell if I have a lump it doesn’t feel like it more so just swollen breast tissue would be the best way to describe it. I have a doctors appointment Thursday with my OB and definitely will have her check things out. I’m just trying to keep calm until then. Thanks for listening.
