Can someone help me with my biopsy report

I really don't understand my results. He said just a lentigo but didn't tell me about the rest and I'm confused as to what any of this means.

yeah I'm pleased it's come back as benign of course I'm just confused as to what's caused the inflammation and what the other parts mean. Thank you for responding as my derm said the lentigo wouldn't cause the inflammation or my symptoms I'm having

My derm didn’t tell me anything other than the lentigo part and has been ignoring me when I’ve tried contacting. I’m so confused. I’m waiting on a call for another breast clinic appointment soon, I’ll take the report there and ask. I feel so confused and alone and the symptoms are just getting worse
