Just a quick curiosity question... after a biopsy does the clinic send the “specimen (biopsy tissue) over to the pathology lab immediately, or do they send it at the end of the business day? I THINK the pathology lab that my clinic is using is NOT in the same building.

    That's something you should ask your clinic. It wouldn't be universal.

    Also, just a thought -- if you title your post with more info about your question, it will help people with better information notice it. :)

    oh ok thank you. Is there a way I change the title? I’m pretty sure some places may differ on when tissue samples are sent. I’m going to call and ask the clinic. I don’t know why I didn’t think about that in the first place. Haha thank you.

    Yes the waiting does suck. But I have house work to keep my mind pretty occupied haha
