Exemestane or Aromasin are the effects permanent

I have been off exemestane over 3 years and still don't feel totally right. I found this

It sounds like exemestane permanently effects estrogen binding, this aromatese inhibitor is permanent unlike letrozole and anastrozole. I really wish I understood this before taking the drug.

Can anyone explain if this is true?

I read another body building article that says the aromatese enzymes are destroyed but the body will produce new enzymes after you discontinue is this true in post menopausal women? I truly hope so.
