Burning/Redness ~5 years post reconstruction

hello!

I am nearly 5 years post final reconstruction surgery. For about a month I have been having on and off burning sensations in my reconstructed breast. I assumed it was some nerve regeneration. I am fairly numb still.Of all things, gold bond powder helped calm it down. It has been increasing the last week and I started having a burning/stabbing pain in one spot. Like I was being stabbed with a hot blade. This AM my surgery side is burning and has some red spots/blotches. Any clue what this could be? No fever or anything.
