Little lump

Hi all
sigh... here again. I have a very little lump much smaller than pea size and unchanged now for some weeks on my neck bc side and about 3 inches above the collarbone. I am finally seeing the GP tomorrow morning. What should I expect to happen an ultrasound/watch and wait/a biopsy?
I am so down with my persistent health problems (other than bc) and hospitals.. how do I keep 'holding on?' when it feels exhausting and so anxiety provoking; I feel like my time is up for a recurrence given my stats and nearly 7 years out with seemingly no recurrence but who knows what is going on side the body?
Honestly i just feel so 'done in'.
