Can you achieve a PCR and still feel a lump?

Has anyone experienced this? I have had 2 of 6 TCHP infusions and my tumor has gotten super soft, but I don't feel any shrinkage. I guess I'm just hoping in feeling scar tissue etc. I'll will be halfway through chemo after next week...I don't want to have gone through all of this for not

Yes, it happened to me. I also had an ultrasound after three treatments. The tumors were still there, although smaller. Post surgery pathology said pcr.

That gives me some relief! I have an U/S and mammo scheduled in a month, right after my fourth treatment.

hi. I had a tumor 4.4 cm had TCHP. I was only able to have 5 chemo sessions out of 6 due to very low blood platelets but I got PCR after surgery. There is hope.

But edited to add I could not feel my lump after second round.

I could feel something but it was only scar tissue. I got PCR
