    Check out the PAL study and the Strength After Breast Cancer exercise program, specifically designed for breast cancer survivors. Can be completed in 1:1 sessions or in a group.

    Of course we all should be exercising to the extent we're able, but the sample size of 26 women, split into 2 groups, is awfully small. Not very convincing that group work is better. I personally prefer to work by myself. A different group of 26 might give a different conclusion.
