so I've had breast pain on/off for a few years. it was localized in one area most of the time, I'm 28 years old so i was never taken seriously with my breast issues. in the last 6 months I've been to the doc a total of 9 times before an ultrasound and biopsy was done. my biopsy came back benign thankfully and i was told that it was just fibrous tissue but was told to come back in 6 months to check again. in the last year I've lost 110lbs from a high protein low carb diet. i have ate chicken every day for the last year, not thinking twice. once my biopsy results came back benign i decided to do some research as to why my breasts were having fibrous changes in this way, it does not seem normal. it turns out that it could mean my estrogen is high, causing the masses and pain. my estrogen could be high from the meat because meat has hormones. reading online this morning i read theres an increased risk in woman who have high estrogen and breast cancer. i had an appointment at the end of this month to get this tissue remove, although my breast special told me tissue removal may not help ease my symptoms and she has not confirmed i have high estrogen either, this is just a hunch i have since reading the studies. has anyone had something similar happen?im completely cutting out dairy and meat in hopes my symptoms subdue.
