Ease my racing mind

I just had my second baby 3 months ago. About a month ago I started breaking out into this hivey itchy rash. Small patches here and there. I got it on my arms, leg, stomach and now I have small patches on the sides of both breasts. Everything else seems to have cleared up, but the spots on my breasts will not. I have an appt Friday with my PCP. I have tried a hydrocortisone cream, anti fungal and the low dose steroid cream I was given for this the first time I broke out. I have no swelling, no pain and no redness other than these 2 patches and it only gets worse if I scratch. The itch is pretty constant but gets worse at night some times, goes away or I dont notice others.

This doesnt sound like the beginnings of ibc does it? I know I should have stayed away from Dr. Google, but I was trying to avoid another dr. Appt right now. The spots on my breasts have been there a few weeks and not gotten any worse, nor any better, at least not any less itchy. I know I shouldn't jump to the conclusion and I'm getting it checked out but I'd like others opinions.
