Starting chemo in April 15, what regiment shall I get?

I am scratching my head here in term of the regiment shall I get ... I am stage 1b 1.3cm , grade 3, low ER+, PR- HER2-. Oncotype is 39... Now my MO offered 2 separate plans: 1 is 8 cycle of ACT, the other is 4 cycle of TC...
I am not sure which one to go ... Is it true that high oncotype, low ER +, high grade are the indication of ACT treatment?
I have to start next Monday April 15 and still wondering which one to take...
