Spiculated mass / architectural distortion teaching aid

I started noticing the phenomenon years ago. When it occurred at the hospital I would call over the nearest med student or resident and show them this. If you leave a cup of coffee (with creamer and sugar) out over night, in the morning the creamer will show this pattern on the surface of the cold coffee. It looks exactly like a breast cancer on a mammogram. It varies in size and shape depending on the mix thus showing the variation in the appearance on mammography.
