So as I understand it, DIEP reconstructions will fluctuate in size with weight changes.

How different are these size changes compared to how natural breasts fluctuate in size with weight changes?

If I can get two A cups out of my abdomen at 120lbs, and C cups out of my abdomen at 140lbs, and I have the reconstruction at 140lbs and then drop back down to 120lbs, do my C cups become A cups?

I got one B cup out of my abdomen, wanting to match my remaining right breast. Since surgery I've lost 20 pounds and both breasts are reduced in size. In clothes they look perfect; my natural right breast is a touch smaller and less firm than my reconstructed left breast. I'll be seeing my PS this summer about possible fat grafting - might as well use these personal saddle bags for something good. :-)

ETA: My PS insists he created a B cup to match my other breast, but I had switched from at 36B to a 34C prior to surgery and it fit me much better so I count myself as a C cup. Since losing 20 pounds I nicely round out a B cup. You may not end up an A after weight loss - but you will be smaller
