Tiny lumps Post Mastectomy, Non-Cancer Side

I recently found at least 2, if not 3, tiny (maybe 3 mm) firm lumps on the outer edge of my implant, below armpit. The lumps are spaced out below one another. Too small and firm to be lymph nodes. This is on my “good” side. Unfortunately, I jump to panic mode after having a recurrence on my original side. I’ve had multiple surgeries including mastectomy (with expanders), and 2 implant exchanges. I don’t think these are scar tissue.

I had a clean PET scan in Oct, so I would like to think that’s reassuring; however, the scan didn’t pick up on the cancer that we knew was there because it was small.

Any ideas what these tiny lumps could be besides the worst case scenario? I hate living in fear. Tomorrow I will see my breast surgeon.

Thanks for reading and for any feedback

I would definitely bring them up. Take pictures each day for a while to record changes.

Let us know what the doc says. So many skin changes happen after surgeries; it’s hard to know what they are. Thankfully, most are benign
