Try Catherine's. I've bought front closures there before. it's been a few years. they also have a online shop.

After a few weeks of radiation, I just stopped wearing a bra, even to work. I just wore layered looks because the right side of my chest felt like it had a bad sunburn.

Good luck! Hope radiation goes smoothly for you.

I bought bras from Amazon, less than $10 each. Go to Amazon, type in search: Front closure sports bras. Scroll down. They are made by Fruit of the Loom. They don’t go by cup size and I have D size breasts so I added 2” to my size. They are super comfortable and do give enough support for my one normal and one reconstructed breast. They to have some sold in a two pack with a different back They were recommended by women who had breast cancer which is why I bought them. The two pack bras are cheaper per bra.

Walmarts has sports bras that are super-comfortable and have removable support cups. I wore one 24/7 after surgery for 3 weeks. For radiation, I used an inexpensive stretch bra, just enough support so the potholes there and back didn't jiggle me into pain.

I also stopped wearing a bra. It just wasn't worth the skin irritation. I wore a very soft cotton chemise. After I started healing a bit, I wore my bra over my chemise for a while. Now for some reason two months later, the underside of my breast got irritated again, so I'm back to wearing bra over chemise.

My regular bras have no underwires and are super comfortable and flattering, I didn't have an issue with the back closure, but I can see how it would depend on how radiation impacts your muscle pain maybe?

Oh yeah, my radiation was during cool and cold weather, and I started wearing cheap men's undershirts under my bra so I'd keep warm and so I wouldn't get so much ink on the bra. At home, I'd just wear the undershirt under a sweatshirt. Gosh, only a little over three months and I've started to forget the details!
