2 years out and new pain

I had a bilateral preventative mastectomy ( I have the BRCA2 gene) in October of 2016. They did a nipple sparing procedure, only to find DCIS in a 6mm spot under the one nipple during biopsy, so went in and had both nipples removed 2 weeks later. I had expanders for a few months and had silicone implants put in in Februrary of 2017. Everything has been great since then, with the exception of the usual numbness, itchy boob you cant reach itch, etc. Not sure why but all of a sudden I was getting a minor twinge of pain in right boob, and now I have a sharper pain in left boob. that one is now hurting like the muscle is tight, I can feel what feels like the tendon or whatever in the indent just above the boob area. When I bend over it pulls it feels like. Is this normal? Is this just me finally getting more nerve feelings back after this amount of time? I was thinking maybe this might be caused from maybe my back is out or something causing tension in the front as I used to get chest pain when my back was out in the past? I dont know but it is really bothering me right now but I am not sure if I need to see the chiropractor the PS or a regular doctor at this point. I am just really nervous with every ache and pain I get and this is new so not sure if this is something everyone gets at some point or if it would be something I need seen for. Any advice or idea what it could be would be great. By looking back at my paperwork from surgery, I would guess that the implants were placed under the muscle wall if that helps at all.
