Can anyone help me please. Does paclitaxol kill cancer cells in lymph nodes?

    Chemo floods your entire system. I had positive nodes and I received weekly Taxol after AC.

    what was before or after you finished chemo?

    I had my mastectomy first then had my chemo—DD AC then weekly Taxol (paclitaxel) for 12 weeks (adjuvant chemo). My friend had her chemo first—DD AC followed by Taxol/Carbo then is getting her BMX (neoadjuvant chemo). Her cancer is bilateral/larger/stage III so she had chemo first to shrink her tumors. I hope that answered your question. But if I didn't fire again. Eventually I will get it!
