    I have idc stage1a as per clinical

    I had lumpectomy. They removed right supraclavicular node. If the pathology report says positive to c cells, then do I jump to stage 4. Waiting on that report.

    Freaking out.

    Are you sure supraclavicular nodes were removed? It’s my understanding that the surgery for those nodes is difficult and very uncommon. In BC surgery, it’s the sentinel and/or axillary nodes that are removed, and would not mean you’re stage IV. If scans showed something suspicious in your bones, organs, etc, a biopsy would be scheduled to confirm. I’d try to relax and wait for the reports. Good luck.
