Lumps on armpit

Hi, so around 8 months ago, I found irregukar edges, small lentil-sized lumps on both of my armpit. 3 on the left and 4 on the right. The are as hard as rock and attached to the skin around, and painless. They stay at the same place and still in the same size since I started noticed them 8 months ago. Apart from that, I noticed my right armpit is bigger than the left one (8 months ago). Pushed myself for an ultrasound and the doctor found nothing. I found no change since 8 months ago. What should I do? Thank you.

    What did the ultrasound suggest? Did the radiologist have any theories, or the doctor? I can understand why you'd be concerned and I hope you get some answers. Maybe seek a second opinion if it continues to concern you?
