Partially irregular and partially circumscribed

Hi I am 40. I perform monthly self exams and never felt anything out of the ordinary. I went in to start my annual mammograms (had one 5 years ago and clear). Got the dreaded call.... went back in and had an ultrasound and 3D mammogram....
results: oval shaped about 1.5 cm, parallel, partially irregular margins, partially circumscribed solid mass. Birads 4.
As you can see I am terrified at the partially circumscribed and irregular part.
I can't sleep and I am sick with worry as I sit here waiting for my results.

I know it's not much comfort, but it does get easier mentally and emotionally as you get more information and a plan for treatment.
