Fatigue

I was diagnosed with Invasive Ducatal carcinoma in Aug 2017 at the age of 33. I’ve had a mastectomy and reconstruction, 6 FECT chemo and 15 sessions of radiotherapy. All this finished in April 2018. I’m now on exemestane and zoladex. I went back to work in July and being unable to cope with the fatigue I have been signed back off since November.

Is this level of fatigue normal at this stage? I’m so frustrated that I can’t get me life back to normal, but also have this feeling of people thinking I’m making it up now. It’s so hard. I’ve a young family and to the world I’m back to normal, but I really have to force myself to do things and then feel rubbish for days.

Please someone tell me this is normal? All my bloods etc are fine.
