Confusing report and waiting on biopsy

So my mammogram report stated I have calcifications but they are benign. My ultrasound refers to same calcifications but calls them suspicious. How can that be? The report says innumerable punctuate calcifications.

Another question is I’m so confused on how I only have calcifications. I can feel lumps all over my right breast and it really feels like one huge mass with a bunch of pea size lumps within it. My suspicion was lipoma, but the mm and us report do not find a cyst or a solid mass. If these innumerable punctuate calcifications are apparently super tiny specs, what is causing these lumps?? Also past few days I’ve been experiencing pain, like needles are poking them.

Biopsy is Monday but these reports are so confusing
