Dear Lord we look upon you this morning in thanks and ask that you travel with us as we journey through this day..We seek your strength,patience,guidance and blessings..If we fall today please be near to guide us to our feet... If we become angry and frustrated ,please be near to calm our anxieties...If we are confused and in despair, please be there to aid us in our decision making process..And most of all please bestow upon us your many blessings.. We seek your gentle touch of healing..Not that just of the body

Ladies please join me in saying a special prayer for a friend of a friend's..Her name is Gerri and she has been battling this beast for 19 years..Gerri has had three or four reoccurences during the past several years...The beast has reared it's ugly head once again and Gerri really needs all of our prayers right now..She is only 49 years old ..It is my understanding that she is under the care of hospice ..Ladies please remember Gerri in your prayers.... As we begin a new month we pray to your Lord for peace,harmony and balance in our lives and most of all restored health...We thank you for our many Blessing Lord and look to you for comfort...Lord we pray for all of those who fill our hearts and souls with joy.....Patti

O Lord, grant me to greet the coming day in peace, help me in all things to rely upon Your holy will. In every hour of the day reveal Your will to me. Bless my dealings with all who surround me. Teach me to treat all that comes to me throughout the day with peace of soul and with firm conviction that Your will governs all. In all my deeds and words, guide my thoughts and feelings. In unforeseen events, let me not forget that all are sent by You. Teach me to act firmly and wisely, without embittering and embarrassing others. Weiss and Melissa and all of the women who post here..It is truly a God-send and one that we give thanks for..AMen.....

Morning Prayer 2-12-03-------Ladies please keep Junie"s husband in your prayers..He recently had surgery(angio with 4 stents)..Soon he will be going for his follow up visit and Junie is so scared..Let's remember both Junie and her hubby in our prayers...Dear Lord we are very thankful for the gift of having breastcancer.org as a resource and a safe place to come to for comfort,support,advice and first-hand knowledge..We are especially thankful for all of the efforts of DR. Weiss and Melissa and all of the women who post here..It is truly a God-send and one that we give thanks for..AMen.....

Hi Just wanted to say I have wandered to this prayer site a few times since I found BC.org and today as I read all you have written I felt compelled to say thank you. It is truly thru Gods grace that I make it every day and keep the fears at bay. Every moment I spend in his word, in my prayers and just talking with him as ABBA Father is when I am truly at peace. I pray that I come every time I am on this site to read the beautiful poems and say a prayer for everyone who is fighting this disease. It seems every day I hear of another friend in need. Today, I have received two request for prayers for two more young ladies, 39, who have just been diagnoised. Please add to our list Polly and Paula who are both from Green Bay , WI
Also, I spoke to my daughter, Marci, tonight and unfortunately another friend has passed. It is very difficult to accept this news when one is so young and leaves young children to mourn the loss of their mom. She did not mention her name but God will know.
I'm so thankful for your prayers and inspirations everyday. Please continue to do so. I pray for you also for good health and a happy life.

Dear Lord we come here today with open hearts and minds..We thank you for our many blessings.. We thank you for setting our compass and leading the way to this board at a time when our vision was impaired and we needed an automatic pilot..... ...We are so thankful for the leadership of Dr. Weiss and her wonderful staff(Melissa thank you for keeping this board going)...Most of all Lord we are grateful for the company of women we have met here as Without them this would be a very lonely,frustrating,and dark journey... . We pray that you provide us with whatever it is that we may be in need of today as we are not always aware of what that might be..May your light shine brightly upon us during our times of darkness and despair so that we can adjust our compass and get back to where we need to be...Teach us the value of our silent moments as it is then that we may connect with you through our inner voice.... ..........Please fill our hearts and souls with peace and trust so that we may have a closer relationship with you.. We pray for vision enough to see beyond our own needs..We pray for direction Dear Lord and pray that you will lead us towards a path of compassion for our fellow man/women..May we find ourselves on a road where we can give direction and help those in their time of need..In doing so we pray to be blessed with the enrichment of a full and satisfied heart..For it is the random act of compassion and kindness that fills one's heart with the best elixir one could ever seek....In closing Lord we pray for your healing hands and ask you to have mercy and compassion for anyone who is suffering with ailments that affect the body,spirit or mind....We ask that you extend your loving hand over any one in need who prays to you lord so that they may experience the miracle's of faith,hope and mercy and enjoy the pleasures of restored health... health.You have taught us that "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven"...We pray that this season will bring us to a place of self growth, awareness and most of all closer to you Lord...Amen..

Special prayers go out to our special friend Gloria (Lilee) as she awaits a surgical biopsy, after her first post treatment mammogram . Dear Lord please comfort our friend Gloria with strength and courage as she awaits the procedure.She is a special friend to all of us on the board as she helps us and always has such good advice .
Today we ask for special prayers for our sister and friend Liz clark (Liz) in England she is a year post treatment . A situation has occured and she fears a recurrence . O beloved Spirit, truly you have given us so much .Give us , we pray , one more thing , the gift of renewed health for Liz .
