Hello Anxiouslady, my first MO wanted me to do AC/T as her first choice. She also offered me T/C x 4, but ideally wanted x 6 if I could tolerate it. My 2nd MO recommended TC x 4, and that’s what I went with. All he really said was he didn’t think AC/T was worth the risk, and we never discussed TC x 6.

Biggdan, my rash didn’t come back but I did have occasion itchiness here and there shortly after the last infusion. I hope your wife is doing fine and that her MO have figured out a way to prevent her from getting hives.

Me too had an allergic reaction on day 12 of my 2nd round. I had rashes all over my torso, back, and arms. I took Benadryl and used hydrocortisone to control it but it start getting better when took my pre med steroids pills for the 3rdround. After the third round it disappeared.
