Biopsy tomorrow: Fibroadenomas and Lymph Nodes

My question is does anybody know if a Fibroadenoma can be inside a lymph node?

My MRI showed enhanced contrast most likely in my lymph nodes - one intramammary and one axillary. Both appear round. Can they be round and enhance on an MRI?

***All lymph nodes enhance as they are vascular. The round shape can be a red flag. For a lymph node to be abnormal there would have to be a reason and if that reason is breast cancer as a general rule you should really be able to see that before you see abnormal lymph nodes. If the node was seen on a prior studies it would be interesting to know if it got bigger over time or has it remained stable for 2 or more years. If the breasts are normal on MRI but the nodes are not you will have to look elsewhere for the cause especially if they are abnormal on both sides.

So i went today for the focal ultrasound and they found 2 of the 3 nodules. The two were lymph nodes that looked normal. There was a nodule in the 11 o'clock position that they could not reproduce on the US. The radiologist really tried. She found a lymph node at the 9 o'clock position. So. No biospy. She said that the nodule was most likely NOT a lymph node but still could be benign. It's about 8mm round with irregular edges per her verbal description

I have a MRI guided biopsy scheduled for Monday. I hate MRIs more than biopsies

What could it be?

Thank you so much again for your response. The radiologist said it may be hard to see due to fatty tissue. She did note a lymph node in the 9 o'clock position. This is the report. Not as descriptive as I have seen with others in this community.

LEFT BREAST: 8mm rounded nodule within the 11 o'clock axis of the left breast 7cm from the nipple, 8.cm from the chest wall and 3.4cm from the medial skin margin is evident with contrast enhancement dynamics suggestive of a lymph node.

The radiologist said that she looked at the MRI and does not think there would be a lymph node in the above referenced area. My mammogram in November showed an area of increased density. That report is at home so I do not have it on hand right now. Could there be a lymph node in that location?

Most setups I have seen allow the needle to enter the breast from the outside (lateral aspect). The computer determines how and where the needle is placed. Since the breast is in compression during the biopsy the distance from the skin to the target is shortened.
