Hi everyone I posted here about a month ago because I had one red spot on my breast that was there for about two months before I posted. I ended up going to the dermatologist for it who told me it was a superficial blood vessel and he's not worried. A couple days ago when I got out of the shower I found three more and what looks like a rash? I am so worried I don't know what they are if they are superficial blood vessels why am I getting so many at only 20 years old? I went to the breast surgeon about two months ago to get a regular check up he checked for lumps etc. I didn't mention the red mark only because it was new and I didn't think it was a big deal. But it didn't go away and that's why I went to the dermatologist. Now there's more of them and I don't know what to do when I look it up it goes right to IBC and different types of breast cancer. The marks don't hurt when I press on them and it's not painful but I don't know what's going on and I'm really scared, if someone can please help me let me know what to do I am so frightened of IBC it's not even funny. I can't eat over this and I am driving myself crazy with anxiety. I don't know if I should go to the emergency room or go back to the dermatologist or to the breast surgeon.

They are not pimples they are flat red marks

Thank you all in advance

If this started 2 months ago, the likelihood this is IBC is very low as you are still alive. It is a less common type of breast cancer, especially in your age group and progresses rapidly without remission. A key clinical feature is thickening of the skin.

Go back to your doctor either dermatologist or breast surgeon whichever office can see you soonest and have them re-evaluate the skin changes. Let them know how long this has been going on. Perhaps they will want to biopsy areas of the skin or order an ultrasound. You might also want to inquire about something for your anxiety.

I agree with going back to the dermatologist and asking for a definitive diagnosis. They can perhaps do a punch biopsy, if they cannot diagnose it by looking. I have a rash in my axilla that took 3 prescription creams to get rid of. This time of the year, rashes are common. Unfortunately, Dr. Google takes us to the least common adn scariest places.

Agree with DJ and KB, these symptoms do not indicate IBC.
