Well, there is a new treatment coming soon onto the market. Very soon, like maybe this year. It is (finally) immunotherapy that TNBC responds to: Antibody-drug conjugate "sacituzumab govitecan" (IMMU-132).

It is currently in Phase III trials and the FDA has not yet approved if for minor reasons that should be remedied. My oncologist, a renowned researcher, teacher and oncologist, confirmed this, and he knows everything.
