Nipple Inversion, Similar symptoms?

Hi,
I am scheduled for a biopsy in a couple of weeks. Only now am I noticing my nipple inverts and it looks quite different from my other side. Is inversion typically a symptom of breast cancer as opposed to a benign process? Just wondering what other people's experiences are with nipple changes. Thanks!

We're so sorry you're here and worrying, but it does sound like you have your doctor diligently testing your concerns. Inversion of a nipple can be a symptom of breast cancer, so we suggest you bring this to your doctor's attention.
