Letrozole

Have any of you been on Femara (Letrozole) for longer than 6 years? If so, please be so kind and state your side effects. Thank you so very much.

I've been on Femara then letrozole since Femara became available in the generic form, letrozole, since Feb 2010. As it stands now, will always be on it as I am IBC. No SEs with it. We are each so unique and there is no way to 'say' what anyone's potentially experiences may or may not be.

Some medical professionals call it Letrozole yet others call it femara, basically the same medication. You are more than fortunate to have no side effects as that is very rare. I'm very happy for you. I have too many to mention, one of the worst being extreme tiredness 24/7.
