Cold implants in the winter?

I spend a lot of time outdoors. In the winter my implants feel like two ice packs on my chest. It makes being outside miserable. Recently I discovered two front pocket tee shirts. I can put a Hot Hands pack in each pocket and it warms everything up. Just wanted to pass that along. You could do the same thing with a bra but sometimes the packs gets too hot right next to the skin. And God forbid I have to wear a bra . . .

I have bought myself a heated thermal shirt runs off rechargeable batteries, did get before diagnosed. Sounds like I will get plenty of use out of it. Has 4 settings off, low, med and high. I had bought it for when I go winter atv riding. Well I guess my riding this winter will officially be very curtailed thinking positive tho there will be other year

My daughter's figure skating instructor had bilateral mastectomies and implants. She also had a problem with her chest being cold.

This was a number of years ago when UnderArmour was just getting started. She was gifted an Under Armour warm gear shirt and found that it did the trick under her coat.

Fast forward to my bilateral mastectomies and implants. I was prepared with the Under Armour Warm Gear shirts and fleeces. They do the trick for me when I am out in cold temperatures

And, LOL , god forbid that I would have to wear a bra....

Mine have always been cold regardless of the weather. The only time I haven't felt them as cold is when I'm in a tanning bed.😎
