Wednesday Weigh In

Oh my goodness Bella that sounds like a really big deal. Well done for starting at the gym straight away. I really understand the need for an alcoholic treat every evening. A large glass of wine or a beer at the end of the day feels like a reward to me for getting through a difficult day. I have been trying hard to stick to at least 2 alcohol free days each week, which means I can treat myself on the other days. Maintaining at 150lbs this week. Miles away from my goal, must try harder. x
-
down 1.4, my plan is to eat whatever I want tomorrow and then jump right back to logging the food on my fitbit ap.
-
Held steady, slightly above where I want to be.
-
Down 2 kilos, finally losing what I gained when I spent Thanksgiving stateside last year.
-
Up 3lbs
-
Varga, 2 pant sizes that rocks! Congratulations! My appetite is starting to come back now that I have been off the letrozole for 3 months. I'm really going to have to start watching it now. I lost weight so easy on letrozole because it took my appetite away. I'm gaining now. Going to get a handle on this before it gets out of control.
-
yay, Varga! I'm up three pounds- not a surprise since I finished the last of the pecan pie tarts yesterday. I have little to no willpower at the exhausted moment. Excuses excuses.
-
Down two more, I am now at my pre-vacation weight (which is above where I want to be, but heading in the right direction).I am still documenting all food with the fitbit ap.
-
Down .5.
-
Tonight I decided to get on the scales 138! I'm still losing at a slow Raye but I'll take it!
Ruth - I need to use my fitbit app to log what I eat to!
Gk- hope you are feeling better.
-
I fell off the wagon this week and immediately gained .6......sigh.....back to logging the food tomorrow.
-
Up .5 lb. And I'm leaving for a visit to grandchildren. It's cold there. Perhaps I will shiver it off.
-
I will shiver with you, wren.
I forgot to weigh in for two days in a row, coinciding with all the cookies I've been eating. I will have a cookie moratorium for the rest of the day (already had one for breakfast) and weigh in tomorrow.
-
I weighed the same this week as last week. Stuck on the last five pounds.
Varga!!!!!!!!!!!! You go!
-
Finally remembered to weigh in today. I am about the same as my year's low give or take 100 grams. I have been cutting back on dinner calories drastically when I'm not gorging myself at a Christmas food fest.
-
I was down just a touch from last week.
-
I am up.
-
Down 1 from last week. Of course last week was up one, so I'm just returning to previous weight.
-
in updating my calendar/day planner from 2018 to 2019 found two bright points of light...
In my Nov/Dec maintain don't gain from Thanksgiving to New Year's...I was actually down 1.5 lbs, yeah!
And from Jan 1 2018 to Jan 1 2019 I lost 16 lbs.
My goal for 2019 is "just" 8 lbs ... which I suspect will take me most of the year to slowly pull off, but I am not into major restrictions...and then every 6 weeks or so I have a business trip or vacation that adds back 2-3 lbs...So I am two steps forward one step back slowly moving down the scale.
Happy New Year all, TT
-
Good job TT! Those last 8 will probably be a bit harder but you've a realistic plan.
I'm up. Not posting a number yet.
-
I’m up too. Where has all the willpower gone? Need to get a grip
-
Up also. Time to get back at it!
-
I am hiding from the scales! Until Tuesday when I have to go for my physical. I hope to have a good report! I feel I'm probably up. I got a little carried aways wit baking at Christmas!
-
TT good luck to you, sister. Congrats on the 16 lbs! I hope you meet your end goal.
I gained a ton. So no sugar for me in 2019.
-
Well here we go for 2019 with the good and the not so much....
up .5 today. TT
-
Down 1. Still way too high.
-
down .3.....note the decimal point....
-
same as it ever was. I have six pounds to lose and my pants don't really fit well. Meh.
-
I went for my physical on Tuesday. I'm done 5 more pounds. I need to lose about 10 more. Slow and steady!
-
yeah Varga!!!
Slow and steady is the way
