with ibc is it possible to have just one symptom or do they all come together and do symptoms come and go or is it around to stay

    IBC symptoms do not come and go, once they present they only get worse, usually very very quickly. A person may not have all of the symptoms (although in my case I literally woke up with every textbook symptom in the extreme), but there will typically be several symptoms such as heat and orange peel/thickening skin along with a rash-like spot(s) or skin areas that look inflamed.

    thank you for answering , I’m really afraid to get checked out , I don’t have swelling all over the breast just where a cord like vein has come up at the beginning of November the cord hurt like crazy when it first came up but now no pain but it’s still there it feels like a beaded cord going from the top side of my breast to my nipple area this happened after having my ID card in my bra and my 2 year old head butted my breast so I think it was injured but when you read stuff online everything look like ibc I guess I’m freaking ou

    I have the cord vein too- pain in same area and also a two year old! Did you find out anything? The vein is only apparent sometimes for me- but it pops out!

    did you have back pain with your symptoms? I have a quarter size bruise like spot on my boob and I’m worried sick about it. The color fades to light pink to bruise like color.
