Large blue discoloration on breast and breastfeeding

I am just seeing if anyone else has may have experienced a large blue discoloration in the breast? I am breastfeeding so I thought maybe it could be an infection. Well the area is not painful, swollen or red. I googled discoloration of breast while breastfeeding and the only thing that came up was inflammatory breast cancer of mastitis. I do not have a lump either. I noticed the discoloration after returning from a 3 hour work shifts to breastfeed. Thanks for any replies.

    It could definitely be related to breastfeeding, especially if you've recently changed your feeding or pumping schedule. We recommend following up with your doctor, just to be safe!
