Bleeding nipple. Tests negative... What now?

For almost a year now I have been dealing with bleeding from my right nipple. It started spontaneously from only one duct. Would bleed also if expressed. Completed various tests (Mammogram, ductogram, ultrasound, mri) They detected a few small cysts in my breasts but nothing they were concerned about and didnt think this was related to the bleeding. In the last 2 months the bleeding has now been coming from various ducts as opposed to just one. I have now been monitored by the surgeon for the last 3 months and she does not believe surgery is necessary as the tests are negative. She is going to continue to monitor me. She seems great and very knowledgeable but part of me is still so uncomfortable with the wait and see approach. Any advice???
